Out and About in Gayndah
Gayndah A Motel is located in Gayndah, considered the oldest town of Queensland. Gayndah is on the Burnett River and the Burnett Highway passes through the town. Gayndah is 366 kilometres (227 mi) north of the state capital, Brisbane, and 145 kilometres (90 mi) west of the regional city of Maryborough.
Gayndah has a number of attractions which include, the Big Orange, Archers Lookout, Gayndah Museum and Information Centre, the Orange festival that takes place once every two years in the month of April and the RM Williams Australian Bush Learning Centre and Visitor Information.
